
BEST POTATO COLESLAW
Looking for a perfect coleslaw recipe for lunch or dinner try this recipe.Here is my delicious coleslaw for a side dish even it can also be eaten on its own. Every time I made this recipe I get delighted because I can twist the recipe with chicken, potatoes, shrimp, and it all tastes so good. It is so easy to make.This coleslaw is easy to make and is a perfect side dish with yummy homemade vinaigrette dressing
Ingredients
- 2 CUP shredded white cabbage
- 2 CUP shredded purple cabbage
- 1 CUP shredded carrots
- ½ CUP cooked potatoes
- ¼ CUP spring onion (chopped)
Instructions
- In a clean large bowl add your shredded cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and the spring
- Pour in your dressing and mix with a fork
Notes
- To get crunchy coleslaw, serve immediately as soon as you make them
- The vegetables can be shredded ahead and kept in a resealable bag in the refrigerator. that makes your work easier
- Make sure your cabbage is properly washed and parted dry with a kitchen towel to avoid water adding more water to it, changing the taste of the dressing.
- Do not over-mix your coleslaw with the cooked potatoes to avoid be meshing. Use a fork for the mixture it helps the lifting
- Using the different cabbage not only makes it pretty but also tastes good and crunchy
- You can substitute honey with sugar or Marple syrup
